Take an early morning flight from Delhi to Leh (approx. 3,500 m). On arrival, meet our Go2Ladakh representative/driver at the airport and transfer to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is kept strictly for acclimatization, focusing on rest, hydration, and light meals to help your body adjust to the altitude. If you feel fully comfortable and have no headache or breathing discomfort, you may take a very short and slow walk near the hotel or local market area, but avoid any exertion, stairs, or long walks on the first day. Overnight stay in Leh.

After breakfast, depart from Leh for a full-day excursion into the Sham Valley region, which is ideal early in the trip due to its comparatively gentler altitude profile. Begin with a short visit to the Hall of Fame (approximately 45–60 minutes), offering a meaningful introduction to Ladakh’s geography, culture, and history. Thereafter, drive towards Nimmu for a brief stop at Sangam (Indus–Zanskar Confluence), where you can enjoy the striking river confluence and take photographs. Continue onwards to Alchi Monastery, renowned for its heritage architecture and ancient murals; after the visit, lunch will be arranged at a local café/guesthouse in Alchi village. By late afternoon or early evening, return to Leh. Total driving time for the day is approximately 6–7 hours including stops, depending on traffic and road conditions. Overnight stay in Leh.
Continuing your stay in Leh — see Day 1.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Turtuk, one of the northernmost inhabited villages in India, known for its distinct Balti culture, apricot orchards, and scenic mountain-valley setting near the border belt. The drive is very picturesque, with multiple viewpoints and short photo stops along the route. On arrival, enjoy a relaxed village walk through traditional lanes and local life areas, with time to experience the heritage character of the settlement and the surrounding natural landscapes. Depending on time and interest, you may also enjoy local tea/snacks and small local shopping (direct payment if applicable). After the visit, return to Nubra by evening. Driving time is typically around 6–8 hours for the round trip depending on road conditions and stops. Overnight stay in Nubra at the same hotel.
Continuing your stay in Nubra — see Day 3.
After breakfast, depart Nubra for Pangong Lake via the scenic Shyok River route (subject to road and weather conditions). This road is beautiful but remote, so an early start is recommended and extra buffer time should be kept for comfort and safety. Arrive at Pangong by afternoon, then relax by the lakeside and enjoy the sunset views if weather permits. Total driving time is typically 6–7+ hours, varying with road conditions. Overnight stay at Pangong at Saaser Scenic Pangong. Note: If the Shyok route is not open, travel will be routed via Leh, making it a longer travel day.
Day 5 : Hotel

After an early breakfast, depart Pangong Lake for Leh via Chang La. To comfortably include sightseeing en route, it is recommended to leave early in the morning from Pangong. On the way, visit Thiksey Monastery, one of Ladakh’s most impressive monasteries known for its hilltop setting and panoramic views, followed by a stop at Shey Palace, the former royal palace with a serene heritage atmosphere. You will also pass by the popular “Rancho School” for a quick photo stop (time permitting). Continue onwards to Leh, arriving by afternoon or early evening. The remaining time is free for local market shopping, cafés, or rest at the hotel depending on your energy levels. Total driving time is approximately 5–6 hours plus sightseeing stops (subject to traffic and road conditions). Overnight stay in Leh.
